Imagine…the possibilities
The Aurora Public
Library Foundation’s fundraiser, Imagine…the possibilities 2011, was
a wonderful success. It was a privilege to honor Neal and Mary Clark
Ormond, this year’s honorary chairs. More than $20,000 was raised
for Aurora Public Library’s children’s services during the event
held on Oct. 28 at the Eola Road Branch of the Aurora Public
Library.
Special thanks go to our Supernatural Supporters for their donations

We extend a special thank you to Rosa Nevarez, a design student who
created the Imagine 2011 invitations, marketing materials and
steered the decorating committee. Ms. Nevarez donated all of her
amazing skills. Heartfelt thank-yous also go to Cass Alexander, who
lent part of her late husband’s vintage magic posters as decor for
the event, and branch coordinator Shannon Halikias and her staff for
pitching in to transform the Eola Road Branch into an even more
magical place than it usually is!
